I don't know why I thought their imaging department would be better than the rest of this practice, but they just proved to me again why we should all avoid St francis. They can't even tell you what the availability is for an MRI unless you send them the order, which then locks you in and you're stuck dealing with them unless you can convince them to release the authorization to another facility. They have imaged me in a few different formats on a few different occasions and I can't find one single thing to complain about. Everyone there is really nice, professional, and very kind. While most of the patients are in pain, miserable, even surly it doesn't seem to rub off. The staff are very professional and just plain super? Will image there again!!
Always polite and kind. Yes, sometimes there is a wait but that’s because so many people use them. I have always been impressed with the quality of their services.
Beware! You will be billed and charged as though you went into a hospital for their services. Yes, it’s convenient, but costly.
