I wish I could give negative stars. My husband was scheduled for a scan at 3:45 via voicemail by Melissa. We arrived at the location at 3:41 and Jennifer told us that he had to be rescheduled because his appointment was at 3:15. He showed her the voice recording and asked her why we were told 3:45 and her response was, “I don’t know. I’m not Melissa.” She was smug and less than personable. My experience was horrendous due to Karly. Would never return here.
I don't know why I thought their imaging department would be better than the rest of this practice, but they just proved to me again why we should all avoid St francis. They can't even tell you what the availability is for an MRI unless you send them the order, which then locks you in and you're stuck dealing with them unless you can convince them to release the authorization to another facility. Personally, I like to know that a place can accommodate my schedule before I lock myself in with them. This is just another way of... read more
