Denise Haas is a bright spot in this hospital. Denise helped us with our billing that is so messed up from the company that Ardent Health uses for billing, when the hospital got hacked we were looking on mychart and our balance said zero, when they got things straightened out they called and said we owed $183.20, when I pulled up the coupon on my chart to pay by mail it said we owed $84.20, I sent the check and next day I get a letter from a collection ageny. Ardent Health is losing control of this Hospital.
