The staff at St. Francis is very friendly, kind and compassionate. We put our dog down today and to a person, we were treated with kindness and respect for our loss. Of course, our favorite, Dr. Keith Parendo made the decision comfortable for us and the process was as kind as is possible. A huge thank you to Dr. Keith and his entire staff, we truly appreciate each and every one of you.

While growing up in Oakdale, my parents took my dog Andy to St. Francis for the entirety of his life (17 years). As an adult, I've been bringing my dogs there for almost 15 years. All of the vets, vet techs and employees are always extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend!
I had a very sad decision to make for my dog who had cancer and it had spread. We kept him with us as long as we felt was humanely possible and the wonderful dr shivers and staff were extremely kind and compassionate to both our beloved mclovin and my family. We received a grievance card from them with his footprint and kind words. This is a place that treats you and your pet like family and not just a number-
