Great place to take your pets. Great Vet and staff, very friendly. Dr Cooper is amazing handling my dog and cat! Would highly recommend!
I came to Dr. Cooper via long time friend that works there, but came for 2nd opinion, other than my regular vet. of 20 plus years, as my Blue Nose Pit/Great Dane mix, aka Blu, had the worst skin problems. Constant scratching, biting, just very uncomfortable. HAD! Today was our 2 week follow up. Dr. Cooper was very pleased, and of course I was after days of our 1st visit. Blu now has a new vet. THANK YOU Dr. Cooper, staff, and St Francis Hospital-Animals.
Great Pet People!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Being new to the area, I was looking for a Vet for my babies so I asked my neighbors who they would recommend. Many of us have pets and one Vet name kept coming up and that was Dr. Cooper with St.Francis Hospital for Animals. I gave them a call, took Max to see him and was very impressed from start to finish. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the staff knowledgeable, and the care wonderful. Thanks to all of you for being such great animal people :)
I have been going to Dr. Cooper for 15 years now. He is the best vet I have ever dealt with. His prices are right on the money. Just for kicks, I called another vet to get a price on something he quoted and I was SHOCKED to find out how much more expensive a vet was way out in Matthews! St. Francis Hospital has the best service and some of the most reasonable prices in Charlotte. I would never go to anyone else but Dr. Cooper. We highly recommend St Francis Hospital for Animals. Dr Cooper and his entire staff are very attentive and responsive to our concerns regarding both of our dogs. He has successfully treated the common growths and hip discomfort with our older lab and the more rare kidney issues experienced with our young golden retriever. The staff is always welcoming and caring. The dogs definitely seem to enjoy their visit and the special attention they receive!
I love Dr. Cooper, and so do my dogs. He's the best vet I've ever been to. He loves my dogs, he is so easy to work with and never recommends anything that isn't totally necessary. I would (and do!) recommend him to every single person I know. The vet techs and office staffers are all really pleasant, especially Athena. They call to check on my dog after she's been there... they really are just exceptional and I adore them. Thank goodness we found them!
We love Dr. Cooper! These are the best folks I have ever met in terms of veterinary care. My dogs love them, they love my dogs, and Dr. Cooper is an amazing vet. The whole staff is caring, compassionate, and they are so easy to work with. I recommend them to everyone I know that has a pet, even if they've already got a vet, because I have no doubt that St. Francis is the best clinic for animals in Charlotte. I won't go anywhere else!

Dr. Cooper was recommended to me and I’ve been taking my two dogs there for a few years now. I can honestly say that I believe they do care about animals. The front desk people are usually a 50/50 shot on how friendly or knowledgeable they are, but the vet techs and doctors Cooper & Graves do seem to try to be good people.
