“Doctor" Kozelka should have his license revoked and I am submitting a complaint to the NC Veterinary Board. Kozelka butchered my 6 pound yorkie and is now scarred for life. I highly suggest not taking a chance with your precious animals with this man. The entire nasty staff should also be sanctioned. My 4 year old yorkie had annual exams and bloodwork each year with another real doctor. I unfortunately came across this awful group and scheduled a teeth cleaning for my well cared dog.
