Generally I have a good experience with this clinic, however, not with Dr. McKee. She misdiagnosed my pet, didn’t properly understand its history and talked down to me as if I never cared for an animal nor understood biology (I actually had AP bio and have had pets for 25+ years). She lacked attention to detail and when I corrected her she didn’t acknowledge her mistake. Furthermore, her treatment plan was nonexistent and didn’t offer any options until I suggested them. It was my first time visiting this place, and I loved the receptionist's friendliness. I was impressed by how Dr. Kristen treated and examined my dog, Chewy; he remained comfortable and calm throughout the entire exam. She was very sweet and patient—as was the rest of the clinic staff. We are happy to have found this place; it will definitely be our clinic from now on. I highly recommend it.
This is a must-read for anyone who wants to feel safe and fully trust that their pet is in the best hands - Dr. McKee is a literal lifesaver! My 7-year-old kitty, Trey, had been making weird breathing noises that were very concerning to me, but he wouldn't do it at the vet.
