I had surgery there yesterday. The staff at ambulatory sugery was amazing. There is not enough nice things I can about the staff there and the treatment I was given. They made sure I felt no pain. Plus I was treated like a memeber of their family. I personally want to thank Denise, JR, Jack, GIgi, Mary, and Alex for my pre and after care. The lovely nurse who was in the OR who helped me when I was freaking out. Dr. Woods and Dr. Dinoto for eveything they did. I can thank your hospital and staff enough.
From the moment we arrived at 5:30AM, the man at reception was cheerful and helpful. The registration assistant had paperwork ready, the required signatures went quickly and we were brought back to surgical prep.My nurses and assistants there were cheerful and outgoing (at that hour!). Nurse Barbara was wonderful and welcoming, My operating room nurse (Kathy?Katie? sorry, don't remember it all went so fast) explained all that would happen, went over everything with me. The best Heart Hospital in the country.Attentive Doctors and Nurses
I haven't been in many hospitals, but St Frances was by far the nicest I have been in. As a patient, everyone was genuinely nice and caring. All of the nurses were amazing as well as Dr. Long.
