Dr Eager left so sad now they assigned this new doctor which I’m not keeping his name Boris Lazarev MD doesn’t want to help ppl that are on allot of medicines so he basically through me to wolves he said there’s another provider starting soon maybe you can see her. I like when doctors listen not push to next doc. Bring back Eager pls. Lazarev isn’t a doctor who wants to tackle on too much.

2 clerks were rude to my mother due to her not speaking English I was on the phone with her when these 2 ladies refused to help her stating “we don’t attend people over here” when they did in fact did. My mother went in to get her medication and asked them politely for an interpreter and they did not accommodate what type of facility is this.

This is by far the WORST hospital I have ever dealt with. My sister was brought in last year with Alzheimer's related Dementia with agitation. They literally ignored her like she wasn't there, and just talked about her like she couldn't hear. Fast forward to last week. She was brought in from her memory care facility for a fall. They had her on the surgery ward for 4 days. She has a resting heart rate of 44 bpm. On Saturday they decided that her heart rate was too low at 50 bpm. The absolute worst experience of my life was being here for four days totally ignored nurses didn’t listen and neither did the dr I talked to twice. No bed changes no offers of assistance just the nurses sitting in the nurses station chitchatting while my call bell didn’t work for two days

I was so disappointed in this Hospital concerning my 90-year-old mother's care. Before entering the hospital, she was a independent living woman who needed very little help. She went in with bladder concerns and low sodium. After doing nothing except checking her bladder and gallbladder, they wanted to medically release her when she was unable to even get out of the bed or walk on her own.
