Doctors and nursing staff are very good though the people who greet everyone at the main entrance or on the phone answering the main line often act as though they've got chips on their shoulders. No matter what you ask, or how calmly/respectfully you ask it, they respond either with irritation at the imposition, or are condescending. Security guards are even worse.
