Read my medical chart wrong and also prescribed wrong medication. When I talked to her about it her overly inflated ego would not allow her to accept responsibility and change my medication to the correct one which was on file. Because she would not prescribe the correct medication that I take and that was on my file, my infection spread and went to my kidneys which resulted in a week long stay in the hospital.
