Had my baby girl here and love the staff. Especially the L&D nurses. Very passionate and helpful.
I stayed two days on the 3rd floor, I didn't wanna leave. The staff was very nice and polite I am very thankful for them and satisfied.
Every time I come back in hospital they still know my name. They alway ask about my family as well thanks to st.Frances and God I am cancer free. Love the staffing &doctors thank you st.Frances for all your compassion and love. Katheryn Collins.
I've had 2 children here and can't wait to have my 3rd at St Francis this fall. The doctors and nurses are amazing! My husband stayed with me during the night with both kids and the staff was very accommodating. Great hospital!

Spent an overnight on 3rd floor this week and was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. The staff was helpful, my physical therapist was a rock star, and an angel of mercy named Susan could tell I needed something more for my pain. No one wants to be in the hospital, but you guys made the stay a positive experience. The nursing assistant, the ladies from dietary,the housekeeper, the social worker and all the nurses seemed to have teamwork with the same goal in mind--positive patient outcomes! I had a great pre-op and surgery visit at St. Francis Eastside. Pam was my nurse before surgery and Lynn in recovery. They were fantastic. Hats off to the nurses and anesthesiologist/nurse anesthetist and Dr. Mattox who performed the operation! At home-hopefully making a speedy recovery!
