When I arrived, the person in registration was condescending and disrespectful. I walked out and had my doctor reschedule my ultrasound test with GHS Prisma instead. - Also, the person who scheduled my appt initially, falsely told me that my insurance required a 5 waiting period for an ultrasound. I called my insurance and they said that was NOT true. There is no 5 day waiting period for a doctor ordered ultrasound.
