Exceptional service. Grateful for their care and professionalism
I had a fall and rushed to the ER. The staff was ready and very helpful. Had to spend a couple nights. I can't say enough about the excellent care I received. The doctors and staff were wonderful.
Check in was horrible! The women at the desk were rude, disrespectful, and no help at all. They actually sent us in the opposite direction than where we were supposed to be going. Once we got to the cardiac floor things changed significantly. Nurses were cordial and very helpful. After the surgery, nurse Cat was the best! Very attentive!
