I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent experience my fiancé and I had during an emergency room visit at your facility on July 28, 2025. We arrived at the emergency department promptly at 10:00 AM, seeking immediate medical attention due to concerning symptoms my fiancé was experiencing. I am a patient in for back/nerve issues. I spent the night thitkng surgery is next. The Dr canceled my meds to prescrib a higher does pill @ 9 a.m., its HERE AT THE PHARMACY DOWNSTAIRS They did not deliver the pill ti 5:09 p.m. SEVER PAIN ALL DAY BECAUSE NO ONE WANTED TO DELIVER MEDS IT UPSTAIRS!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT COME HERE! 5 days in so far, there are people here that just do not care about peoples needs.
My dad’s nurse was initials of some sort but I cannot remember. White guy who was 30. He was very nice and very helpful and did everything he could to make his stay comfortable and was very open to questions. Treated both my dad and I so kind and so respectfully. 10/10 service on his end. He made sure our concern were 100% seen about and took my dads pain seriously and that means so much to me. Edit: the next morning the nurse took the extra step to call my dad to make sure he was feeling better 15/10 thank you
