I have been living here for 4 months now. The management is professional and provides perfect service. Maintenance personell are curtious and professional and always busy. The building itself is fantastic and rich with history that is displayed in the foyer of the building. It's a maze, and takes a bit of doing to learn my way around. A charming old building full of darling apartments where depending on where in the building you are located you may hear birdsong and see deer outside. The wonderful women of the Senior Center are so loving and kind.🌹 As well as The care givers who share their own time and food. As well as other tenants who are willing to help me find my way back to my apartment when I get turned around. I just love the place ❣️Thank you St Francis Court for letting me call you home.🙏
I haven't been there yet. I have high hopes for being there soon. But I have heard so many wonderful things about it. I have ventured into the areas nearby. Lovely ❣️
This place is decrepit, the only people posting the 5 star reviews are current or previous management who don’t take care of work order, there’s trash everywhere and needles/crack pipes! So many people have reported bed bugs, trash in the hallway and overall unsafe living conditions with black mold. Stay far away.
