My wife was airlifted to St Dominic's in August due to having stroke symptoms, she also had just tested positive with covid. She spent 4 days in the ICU and I was not allowed to go inside the hospital to see her due to circumstances. During this time the hospital never asked her for proof of insurance, so we received $75,000 in bills. RecommendedI had my baby at 34 weeks 10/6/2020. the NICU nurses are amazing! brittney has been my favorite nurse! highly recommend.

RecommendedSurprised many of the employees were not wearing masks or wearing then under their noses especially at registration and some security guards. The radiology team that helped us were all masked.

From the beginning the staff never treated my daughter for what we brought her there for. The head nurse was rude and unprofessional. When my daughter’s mother inquired about a process they were doing, she was told “you can look it up”. They even referred to my daughter as “taking up a bed” because they were inept on how to treat her. I will never take anyone in my family there again, and I strongly suggest people reconsider taking their loved ones there as well. It was a frustrating and heartbreaking experience.

Quality and compassion are far from the descriptors that I would use to describe this facility. Ironically St. Dominics goal is “to help each individual and their family achieve the best possible outcome.” Trust me, you will not receive the best outcome if you visit St. Dominic’s .You are placing your loved ones in danger. Our family is filing a formal complaint with the state board. We hope the outcome will result in the termination of the sick deranged employees that believe it’s permissible to abuse patients.
The Behavioral Facility practices negligence and abuse. Do not send family and loved ones here. We will be filing a formal complaint and following up to ensure the that the gross level of misconduct that ensued is rectified.
