St. Dominic is far most "THE BEST" hospital. The entire staff that took care of me was "PHENOMENAL". ALLISON,MERI-KATHRYN AND ALLI,I LOVE YALL. YOU LADIES ARE TRULY ANGELS..Y'all made my stay pleasant. You all have the best bedside manners when it comes to caring for your patients. Jessica,I can't leave you out. You're simply amazing ❤️❤️. St.Dominic is definitely the place to be to come for total genuine care. Keep up the good work guys.

I would highly recommend this hospital. They saved my wife's life. I cannot say enough about the neurological staff. They were very good at all levels. Everyone there was very courteous to us while we were there. If you want your loved ones to get the best possible care, this is the place. World class!

Business response:

Mr. Pickett - Thank you for leaving us such a wonderful review. We are thrilled that you loved your experience; our staff will be happy to read what you wrote. We put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority, and your review reaffirms the hard work we put in every day. Thank you for choosing St. Dominic Hospital.

I would not recommend this hospital at all. if you have a loved one here dont leave them alone. they NEVER get checked on like they should they will have you waiting hours. This is the most disrespectful nastiest hospital. where is state when they need to be in the building? they have people working here that are very racial to the other color!! employees are so rude!

Our Lady of Lourdes Heart Hospital prefers to let the family members of a dying see him because of covid. We even asked to be able to go 1 person at a time and still were DENIED. When asked to speak to supervisor or anyone who was above the nurse at the door, we were DENIED the privilege of speaking to our even know their names. All this is being done to people who only want to be with him with the remaining time he has with us.

The team of Doctors and Nurses that worked together and helped my daughter through her journey was amazing . Her father and I are so great for all their hard work. We can’t thank them enough for everything they have done. Our daughter became ill 3 weeks before Thanksgiving. She had pneumonia in her lungs and had staph infection in her right shoulder. We spent 4 weeks here. We spent thanksgiving and her 4th birthday here. And they couldn’t have left us more speechless and amazed. And a special thank you to the PEDIATRIC ICU a... read more

I have always gone to St. Dominics over the past ten or so years. In the last couple of years since their buyout, quality and patient care has gone drastically downhill. I was hospitalized for kidney stones, dehydration, and flu in December of ‘19. There was no communication from ER to floor staff, one doctor saying I had the flu, one claiming I didn’t despite testing positive twice, and nurses who inconsistently gave the medication I was prescribed. When I was released I waited and waited and waited for a wheelchair as I ha... read more

Don’t know what people are claiming, about how wonderful this place is? 5am thru ER, and was admitted... Take meds daily, which did not bring with us, and is now 5pm and still didn’t receive any.. Was a quarter to 3pm, and had to ask, if they fed their patients or not!! Walk up to nurses station to ask questions, and they just walk past you, like your invisible.... Just the ugliest attitudes from the LPN’s!!

Business response:

We are so sorry you had a negative experience with us. We never want someone in our care to feel this way. Your feedback is important to us. Would you please send us a private message with your contact information so that we can reach out to you? Thank you.
