9-Month Update 11.09.2024: These people are scammers. Wish I can give them zero stars. Started working with then in February 2024. Paid to do all of the Precheck list items, GI track imaging, heart test, therapy visits, nutrition visits. Literally everything on the checklist. All doctors and test gave me the green light. I can’t say anything about the treatment or the doctors because I haven’t even been able to get past the front desk! I had called several times trying to make an appointment and they said I needed a referral (okay fine I respect that). The problem is I’m new to the area and there are NO PRIMARY CARE DOCTORS HERE! Dr Deal is fantastic!! The nurses and staff were so friendly and supportive! I was surprised how wonderful everything went! It was an amazing experience!! The kindness and caring really make you feel great!! I would definitely give more stars if I could
Filled out the online survey and was contacted to schedule an appointment. Called twice to schedule my appointment and noone is picking up the call. It's only 3pm and it says they are open until 5pm. This makes me nervous that if I go with their services that I will have a hard time getting through to a person. Not great first impressions. I may try once more but if it continues I may try a different company. I don't want to have any problems in the future that can hinder my health.
