Saw them for the first time and the service was awesome the nurse was very friendly as well as the doctor that I was seen very polite and helpful.
If I could give zero stars I would. I called when they opened and asked a follow up question about meds I was prescribed two days ago from the same place, and needing additional prescriptions. I was told I would be "called right back". I called again at 12, 2, and 5:30. At 5:30 I was told there was nothing they could do without me coming back in, AND that they had no more appointments today. I said "seriously?" and the woman on the phone chuckled and said "yep". Never going back there again.
Misdiagnosed.
This urgent care is absolutely horrible. Came in last week for a work related injury and sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half and watched them call back 2 other people who checked in after me. They finally called me back and then I spent a hour and 45 min in the room then got sent over for x rays. Paperwork that was filled out for my employer was very unprofessional, de put i have no idea, I'm not even a dr and I would have put undetermined at this time. I was sick over the holidays and got significantly worse on New Year's Eve. I went to this clinic but the waiting room was full and the wait time was very long, They offered me an appointment for a couple hours from the time I walked in, so I booked the appointment and went back at the appointed time. I received prompt, thorough, kind, and courteous care. The APRN, Christy, as well as the other medical staff and receptionist, were wonderful. I did not feel rushed.
