I’m not sure why it’s called “urgent care” when I waited nearly two hours just to be seen for a simple doctor’s note. Unfortunately, I never received the note and ended up leaving after the two-hour mark. On the bright side, I did get to hear in detail what the nurses were having for lunch outside my door. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who is genuinely unwell and needs timely care, easily the most disappointing urgent care experience I’ve had.
Front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Doctors do not care for their patients and do not listen to your concerns. Makes you feel like your illness is an inconvenience to them. Will not be back!
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Urgent Care. From the moment I called to ask if they accepted my insurance, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and had a very unprofessional attitude. When I arrived, it turned out to be the same person at the front desk, and she acted exactly the same way ,no empathy at all. The day I went the office wasn't busy. I was checked in by a nice girl at the front desk and called back very quickly. The nurse was very friendly and Dr. Carson was excellent. Definitely the best immediate care I have ever been to!
The entire staff was extremely rude. They werent caring or kind. As soon as i walked in the registration woman was rude and had a very poor tone like she did not want to be there. I was having pain across my entire face. The medical assistant was kind and did her job well and answered a couple of my questions.
