The day I went the office wasn't busy. I was checked in by a nice girl at the front desk and called back very quickly. The nurse was very friendly and Dr. Carson was excellent. Definitely the best immediate care I have ever been to!
The entire staff was extremely rude. They werent caring or kind. As soon as i walked in the registration woman was rude and had a very poor tone like she did not want to be there. I was having pain across my entire face. The medical assistant was kind and did her job well and answered a couple of my questions. Then the attending provider, i did not catch her name but a nurse practicioner came in. she took a 5 second look in ny ear and claimed it was ruptured. i had told her the pain is still severe, and I hadnt had any fluid... read more
They are great!
My husband went in for a DOT physical and the provider failed him before even examining him based off a condition he had 14 years ago that hasn't affected him since then. Now he can't drive a truck until he fixes her mistake, literally put his job on the line! He's healthy as a horse. It is NOT true that if you EVER have a heart condition you aren't allowed to have a CDL. Read up on it before trying to ruin someone's livelihood! You'll be lucky if you don't get sued for lost wages if we can't straighten this out soon.
