These crooks are too simple to do an STD test. they took an entire week to call back and said that there was an issue with labs and they needed my man to come back in and repee for urine test. he did as said and they took 2 more days for results. results were completely clean. we get the bill a few days after that, after paying a $50 copay, and they sent a bill of $485 ($155 through insurance). idk what these people are doing but they are major scammers and this entire hospital and clinic system needs to be shut down. My very first visit here today. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. All the staff were kind and professional. The doctor addressed my injury and antibiotic was prescribed. The facility was very clean as well.
Made an appointment online. Arrived only to find the doors locked and only got an answering machine when I called.
They do not have a ekg machine. Thought that was kind of a necessity for being called a urgent care facility.
