Made an appointment online. Arrived only to find the doors locked and only got an answering machine when I called.
They do not have a ekg machine. Thought that was kind of a necessity for being called a urgent care facility.
Walked in yesterday at 1:20pm was told they closing at 2pm. Asked if I wanted an appt for Saturday. I hope to never set foot in that place again. Never even asked how I was. Really bad service.
The nurse practitioner that took care of me, Kristie Hartig was amazing! She was so helpful and friendly. The best experience I’ve had at an urgent care!
