Today I went into the clinic to be seen after I been feeling sick for the past couple of days. I was waiting in the lobby to be attended for a hour (there was only one person in the lobby waiting). Closer to closing time I just heard workers say I was there to pick up someone when in reality I was there to be seen. They refused me services since it was closing time. This is very unprofessional on their side! Patients should acknowledged and communicated with during time of needs. KU do better !!
Didn’t know you guys couldn’t see infants, which is my bad, but the 2 receptionist had a nasty attitude towards me when I was just trying to seek care for my infant, told me to go to my primary, at 5pm. If I could go to my primary I would. was rude, wasn’t very informative on where I could actually go, blunt bad attitude. Do better or don’t work in customer service.
