Staff was very friendly and professional. The wait time on this Sunday morning was 45-60 minutes but the receptionist let me know when I checked in. The practitioner who saw me was knowledgeable and knew what to prescribe quickly and efficiently. Great overall experience.
I alway like to start with positive comments. The nurse and Doctor were friendly. Answered all my questions and made us fill at ease. The receptionist was curt and not helpful in the least. First impressions definitely set the tone.
They don't answer phone calls or return calls if you leave a message. This is the third time I've gone there and left being told there was a prescription sent to my pharmacy, but the pharmacy says there's no prescription and the only way to solve the issue is by making another appointment and going in, since they won't answer their phones, but I rather think it'd be a waste of time to go here only to not be able to get the meds because they aren't sending prescriptions off. The doctors here are absolutely great, but the wait was not - yowza! Took me over 2 hours to get in and out due to short staffing. Still 3 stars as I understand and still got the treatment I needed, but be sure to call ahead to see what your wait will look like!
