I had a great experience with the medical staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about my well-being during my visit. My testing and evaluation were completed within a couple of hours, and the staff treated me with respect throughout the process. The reason for my low rating is related to the handling of my diagnosis and follow-up care. I was not notified until approximately seven hours after leaving the facility that I needed antibiotics.
