Just tried to schedule a tour of a studio. The lady said there were no units to show. As in they did not even have a model. No offer for a wait list and she sounded like she was trying to ditch the call from hello. Think I will take that as a sign and say I dodged a bullet. Even the WG across the street offered a wait list.
DO NOT LIVE AT THIS APARTMENT. The lady that works the leasing office is very nice and the maintenance worker is too, however, the higher management beyond them is absolutely awful. They do not care about you, they only care about money. They are extremely cheap, and often treat people who live here with disrespect. The apartments are outdated, the laundry is outdated and the area directly outside and surrounding st.francis is always trashed. There is a huge problem with pests in the building. So far, my apartment searching experience with them has been great! Both of the property management agents I have spoke with have been great at responding to me in a timely manner (usually within a few days which I this is acceptable based upon the fact I'm not a resident yet) and have had an answer to all of my questions.
