I've only had good experiences with all staff members. We have brought our animals here since 1994. Yes we had to put animals to sleep, it's not pleasant but necessary. These people try their best to comfort the pet along with the owner. Remember they are not God, they can't fix everything! I think this is a wonderful place and would recommend them to anyone! I think they are amazing! I have taken the family dog & cat there over the years. It's clean, the staff are friendly & the doctors are thorough and very respectful.
We moved to this area 2 1/2 yrs ago. And rescued a pup shortly after. Cole had mange and has several other problems to overcome in his less than 2 yrs. The entire staff & most of All Dr. B are fantastic. They play with Cole & he loves going there. Jumps out the car & cannot wait to see everyone. They have helped this great little Rescue so much. I would highly recommend anyone going there.
Had a hard time finding a vet that was able to take care of rabbits..found St Francis..after setting up an appointment; I read some of the reviews and was a little nervous re: some of the negativity.. I took our rabbit and was so glad I did!! They were all great. Vet was wonderful and very friendly and happy to take care of our girl. Prices are great too.. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them!!
I don't even want to give this place 1 star !! SO rude and NOT professional AT ALL. I will NEVER bring my pet here ever!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves! How dare you judge an animal that you never even saw?!?!? You can't preach your an ANIMAL hospital and then PICK and choose who gets your care ...SO wrong in every single way!
Very unprofessional staff at this vets office because I have a certain breed of dog they want to sedate or muzzle without any cause at all. My pet is part of my family and want him to be treated as such not just another dollar in their pocket so glad I never went back again now my pet is treated like the family member he is. Wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone.
