I found this clinic because of enthusiastic recommendations on FaceBook (Bay View Town Hall). Every one has been great in taking care of my two cats, especially my post-op male. The staff is great; welcoming & kind, as well as patient in answering all my questions.
Courteous, efficient, patient staff. Doctors are excellent. Appreciate their knowledge, skills, and practice.
I called in the morning when they first open up and it was are first time going there and they got us in right away. It was clean. Amy came out to the waiting room to meet Sandy and then went in the room and took off the leash to let her look around the room. Amy ask us what was going on with Sandy.She explain what she was going to do for her and explain how to take care of her at home. I even call in the afternoon and she came to the phone to talk to me. The nurses where real nice to.Would recommend them.
This place ROCKS, my husband and his family took their pets there many years ago and my husband and I have been going there since about 1985. 3 dogs, plus we have 1now, 3 cats and during All that time they have been AWESOME, when we went thru Cancer with 2of our dogs they helped us and directed us where to go for Chemotherapy and Radiation, LOVE the office staff and Dr. Flynn.
Jartz my 9 year old chiweenie and I love the awesome Dr Alice, Nikki and the rest of the staff. They are very professional, fun, knowledgeable and thorough. I am so glad they are our part of our family. Jartz says Woof woof. ����
My bf has been going to this clinic for many years with good results. Over the last few years I have also witnessed the same good care for our pets. Dr. Flynn is wonderful. Always interested in our dogs and recently just spayed our little girl and will be doing the same for our other girl. They love her too. As for the fees, while we all wish the cost of medicine for our pets (as well as ourselves) was less, it's what we have to pay and I believe St. Francis' rates are very competitive.
