The entire staff, and especially Dr. Krazel are top notch! He has consistently gone above and beyond what I would expect - I cannot recommend them any higher.
The staff and Doctors are amazing! Our puppy had parvo and they helped me nurse him back to health!!! Henry is not the easiest to deal with cause he's a very hyper puppy!!!! Thanks to the staff for all they do!!!!
Yesterday was my first time at this vet. I called around a few places and either couldn't get in or got no answer. I was nervous and already on edge because my dog wouldn't even eat. Doctor Steve was AWESOME with Bear. The environment was lovey and all of the staff very friendly and loving. Not only are the great, but budget friendly as well! This will be our new vet for sure!
I had to put my beloved Molly to sleep yesterday. Everyone was so kind and caring towards Molly, myself and daughter Becky. They explained everything that was about to happen. They even gave her a shot to make her fall asleep before the iv. She wasn't scared at all. I will never be able to express my gratitude for their kindness. Thank you. Arlene
My poor pup cut his nail and it was hanging off.i was uncertain what to do so I started calling around to see what to do. no where would help me. A friend recommended st Francis so I called.they let me come in even though they were booked and closed in 20 minutes. We had never been there before so not only did they let us come in,but we were new patients. They were so kind to my little boy. They were so reasonably and dr. Krazel was so caring! I think I have definitely found my new vet!
I called at 4:30 in the evening and they were able to take me 15 minutes later. Everyone is incredibly kind and caring.
Perfect place to take your pet. Clean, fair costs, friendly, professional and great employees. Recommend highly.
I can't thank them enough. My cat Cleo had to be put to sleep and they fit me in to their schedule even though l was not a client and were compassionate, caring understanding, and so very kind. At a time of need they stepped up when other vets wouldn't even answer their phone..........they hugged me and tried Cleo so very gently, he was 19 and had started to fail rapidly......I held him through the whole thing and the vet and tech were so very gentle........a hard thing to do but they made it a lil easier with their kindness... read more
Dr Krazel has taken care of all of my dogs for the past 15 years ,he goes above and beyond .....I couldn't ask for more
