Dr. Williams is an angel. My dog passed away today without warning. He did everything he could at a moment's notice. He was genuinely sad for me and my Rikki. I will never forget this!! RIP Rikki. Such a great doggy friend. Dr. Williams you are very kind. God bless you!!
I am still in shock, I just took my puppy to be seen he was convulsing and vomiting he is a patient there. we were sent away saying we didn't have an appt. this was an EMERGENCY and you couldn't take time to just check him. The place was empty and we overheard the vet say I'm too busy and booked. Today. It wouldn't have taken too much time to make sure he would be ok so we could go to an emergency facility. Been going there for a few years. Dr. Heiss was amazing, so sorry that he retired. He was amazing. In his 90's with all the experience behind him, one look at your pet and he pretty much was dead on with his conclusions. Now that he's gone. So is the expertise. I recently took my senior dog in to have most of his teeth removed. Whether you're taking your critter in for first shots or for final moments, St. Francis is the place to be. The staff goes above and beyond what is called for to make you and your loved one feel at home. Great care by great people and you only pay what's necessary. Amazing!
