Individual that answered phone today couldn’t be bothered to assist and failed to keep even the slightest note of irritation from their voice after being asked a routine question.
Woman at the front & on the phone is a downright drag with the entitlement of a 15 year old. The other half of the business seems great, but customer service is hostile at best and yells at you before she hangs up for "asking stupid questions". Very embarrassing for a business.
Great Place for all your flooring needs
Absolutely perfect job done by the installers. We are sooo pleased with the outcome. The guys worked so well together and did such a great job cleaning up. I can’t say enough good things about them!!
I had my first floor hardwood floors redone & they look amazing. I'm very happy with the work. Also, they moved my furniture with care for the project & not all floor companies provide that option.
