Very easy virtual sick visit, I received my medicine fast.
This place is a joke and the front staff is clueless. I came in with insurance and gave them my id number. They had me call my insurance 3 different times. On hold for 15 minutes each time. Finally just said forget it and left. It shouldn't be this hard to see a dr. Especially when you have insurance. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. My wifes primary dr. Is here and she will be changing primaries I refuse to support a business that is so poorly ran.
Everyone was very kind and understanding. However, I was surprised that the two employees who came into my room never introduced themselves and identified their credentials. It was however a very good experience. Diagnosis and treatment perfect.
I love this place when we need quick care outside of of our usual pediatrician and PCP. No wait and close by when our family needs urgent care. We have seen the same practitioner the last two visits and his bedside manner is fantastic.
