Came in for a sick visit, was fast enough and nice staff, I'll come back.
Very easy virtual sick visit, I received my medicine fast.
This place is a joke and the front staff is clueless. I came in with insurance and gave them my id number. They had me call my insurance 3 different times. On hold for 15 minutes each time. Finally just said forget it and left. It shouldn't be this hard to see a dr. Especially when you have insurance. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. My wifes primary dr. Is here and she will be changing primaries I refuse to support a business that is so poorly ran.
Everyone was very kind and understanding. However, I was surprised that the two employees who came into my room never introduced themselves and identified their credentials. It was however a very good experience. Diagnosis and treatment perfect.
