This was left as a review for women’s health and has since been changed to behavioral health.. this review is for women’s health. Personally would never ever ever consider this place or another St Elizabeth affiliated OBGYN ever again. EDITED TO ADD: Reached out to patient experience and my issues were brushed under the rug.

Jacqueline Carpenter is incredible!! Best women’s health doctor I’ve ever had in the area. However, Tracey working in reception needs a new job expeditiously. Every time I call she has an unprovoked attitude and tries to dismiss my questions to get me off the phone. The first time I called after over a year of not having coverage I asked if they took my insurance (a very common one) and she told me to call my insurance and ask. From scheduling to check in, everyone was kind and courteous. The wait time was minimal. Dr. Carpenter is compassionate, professional, helpful and helps educate her patients from a basic annual check up to more in depth procedures. She is amazing! Highly recommend her and her partners!
