The lack of communication and sheer rudeness of the staff there is astounding. Taylor is an outstanding Dr. I wouldn’t change him for anything. But the phone people. (One literally just hung up on me) after speaking over me because I was telling her about an issue. She got rude. I’m still patiently waiting for a nurse to get me an appointment for a bladder scan. I went in with pain from kidney stones, and PA Taylor Murphy informed me that they would schedule a ureteroscopy (a surgical procedure to remove the kidney stones). They sent me home and advised me to wait for a call. After a week, I called them to inquire about the status, but there was no answer. I left a voice message but received no call back.
