Great experience. Went in with a foot injury that needed an x ray. I was seen quickly and the staff were very helpful. Rani was great and answered all questions.
I would seek healthcare elsewhere since there are other urgent care close. Physician I had was very unimpressive.
I truly 0/10 recommend Shanda s as a nurse. Her bedside manners were horrible and she gave no compassion. On the other hand, the physician was super friendly and made up for the nurse.
Urgent care refused to take x-rays, insisting I needed to go to the ER for advanced imaging, only to have the ER take x-rays instead. I’m so happy I could pay for two appointments instead of having the x-rays done at urgent care; that doesn’t feel like a scam at all.
