It took 2 hours to get my 5 month old seen. The only reason I come here is because I want to keep his pediatrician updated through St.E. Every time I come here it’s the same. The front desk lady is rude, and it takes forever to be seen!!

Took our son in who is sick. Signed in and sat for and hour and half. Then someone who came in after us was helped before us. Never even got our information the entire time we were sitting there. If I could give a no stars I would! We ended up just leaving. What a joke!

This place is a joke and truly does not care about people as if they were their own family. I called to come down and get a urinalysis done, a simple easy thing to do especially this day and age and they told me that I cannot be seen without a drs order. This is supposed to be to an urgent care. You don’t care about your patients, you’re just there to receive a paycheck. Do better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called prior to driving an hour it took me to get here to see what type of insurance they take and they told me I'd have to come in for them to see. Upon arrival they told me they wouldn't see me because my insurance is out of state and I'd have to pay $275 to be seen. I was then told to go next door to be seen at their ER and have them bill me. IT WAS CLOSED!! Avoid if you are not from OH, IN or KY. Nothing but liars like everyone else from Indiana.
