came here today for a checkup for my boyfriend he received the wrong patients after visit summary paperwork with all tbe patients information !! When going back to tell the ladies working the reception they proceeded to tell him “ that his paperwork didn’t really say much anyway. “
I thought they closed ar 9, look it up; they close at 8 o'clock. We pull up at 7:52p and there is a woman closing and locking the door with like a throat slicing motion, shaking her head back and forth. My son and I both habe bronchitis and he CAN'T miss school again tomorrow so now we either go up to the emergency room for the majority of the evening or we wait until tomorrow, keep him from school, keep me from work, and try again... I have been sick since January. I was diagnosed with Covid then. Later in February, I didn't test for anything, but I was sick again with a fever the whole thing. I have not quit coughing since January I've had inhalers steroids and antibiotics and nothing has worked. I went to the urgent care on Friday and was prescribed four different medications from the provider K Edwards! Within two hours, I had my voice back. The cough was better and I totally felt amazing.. Unprofessional. Uncaring. And they lie. 2023 Sharon provider. Came in 2024…Feb…dismissed with wrong diagnosis ended up in the hospital with STREP PNEUMONIA SEPSIS RESPIRATORY FAILURE!! 2024….Dec and SHARON STILL WORKS HERE!! She’s a huge liability and a horrible provider. I can’t believe after all these negative reviews St E has kept her. Shame on you ST E!!!!! They tell you to contact their customer service.
