I visited St. S's Urgent Care in Dearborn County this morning for symptoms that suggested a urinary tract infection. Suzanne K. APRN quickly and efficiently confirmed this and started my antibiotic treatment. Her demeanor and medical competence were excellent, and this was an entirely pleasant and successful visit.
Be aware that the lab has shorter hours which are not listed on the website OR the phone message.
It makes sense that this location has a 3.1 star review. If I could’ve given 0 stars, that’s what it would’ve got. The staff changes more often than the weather. Advocating for yourself is pointless when the provider does not listen to you. This is not my favorite urgent care due to the extremely long wait times at this location but it was my last option on a Saturday.
