Absolutely awful ER experience yesterday took hours to get in and get care and they don’t know how to figure out what’s going wrong with you unless you literally are bleeding out. They must be making money from people waiting because that’s all we did…..
Zero stars needs to be an option here... Worst medical facility ever. How do you FORGET! About a mother with 2 sick children in the room YOU put them in for over an hour and fifteen minutes??? You didn't ask for a name or sign in...WTH! She had to come out and find you! This isn't McDonald's where you get an order wrong.... These are people your dealing with. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and the way your business is being ran. We will never be back.
Every time I have come here the ladies at the front desk are very rude to me... Don’t get me wrong tho, Dr.Gibson is absolutely amazing and kind it’s just I have not had a good connection with the staff at the front desk and that makes for a stressful vist from the door.
Dr. Gibson is fantastic!! The whole team is amazing but I love how down to earth Dr. G is and she is really knowledgeable. I recommend everyone to this facility!
Dr Gibson and Dr Kim are very special Doctors, who care about everyone, and so is her staff ,there all amazing Thank yous
