They said they were 40 minutes behind schedule. The waiting room was full of people. Yet Dr's expect us to be there 15-20 minutes prior our appointment. They weren't about to reschedule me as their schedule didn't fit with mine and then recommended me to covington location. They could have called me to inform me they were way behind schedule to reschedule instead I've wasted time and had to wake the baby up early from his nap for no reason. Very rude and unprofessional
I've seen Dr Julie Metzger a couple times. She's very friendly, listens to all my concerns and has been very thorough with my exams.
