We were three minutes past the 15 minute grace period because of a car accident on the highway! Had the highway backed up like crazy! I tried to call twice to let them know they didn’t pick up either time!! The lady at the rest wasn’t understanding at all it was like she didn’t care!! Absolutely ridiculous! And they only had ONE person in their waiting room!
These troglodytes don't care. St Elizabeth is the WORST health monopoly in the area. I drove 25 miles from Indiana to Crestview Hills, and because of the speed traps on 275 I was 16 minutes late. Their policy is a 15 minute grace period, and they could care less about me as a person, my situation. They would not budge and try to work me in, and they were so rude about it. I will never come back here. It's all about $$$ with them.

I’m sorry, but after being treated badly over and over, I’m just done. If you want to be met with empathy or kindness, I suggest looking elsewhere. The amount of rude and snarky comments I’ve received has floored me. I just need help, but they couldn’t care less.
