Waited 3 months for an appointment only to be seen by a pretentious, condescending Nurse Practitioner. Who only spent maybe 5 to 10 minutes with me and my wife. Wasn't interested in my questions basically blew me off. She said I had a "little" arthritis in my spine. Only briefly looked at my MRI, did not even mention the 3 circumferential bulging discs making contact with multiple root nerves. We were three minutes past the 15 minute grace period because of a car accident on the highway! Had the highway backed up like crazy! I tried to call twice to let them know they didn’t pick up either time!! The lady at the rest wasn’t understanding at all it was like she didn’t care!! Absolutely ridiculous! And they only had ONE person in their waiting room!
