Recently transferred to this location due to it being 10 mins from my work. Initially it was a good experience but after 2 visits it’s been nothing but a run around. I mentioned to the provider I would be traveling and flying. I already have anxiety and planes make me nervous. I have always gotten 2 days of medicine for my travels. With this provider I was seen on Thursday and mentioned my vacation but we did not set in stone my medicine for the flight. Message the next Monday and was told I had to be seen again. If it says St. Elizabeth DON'T go there. I knew my insurance wasn't going to cover the appointment so I called before to asked for the amount. I went to the appointment and spent 15 with the doctor. Later I got a bill for double the amount previously given. I called to ask what happened and it took them 4 weeks to answer. The answer was that it was my fault because "I didn't call the right department". If you use St. Elizabeth you will be mistreated, overcharged and still need a doc after.

However, we did have some concerns during my baby’s vaccination. One of the nurses, who seemed to be around her 50s, had a somewhat abru... read more

Checked in prior to an 8am appointment, still hadn’t been seen by 8:30 so enquired with the staff. The insinuated that there was a ‘system’ problem but wouldn’t elaborate as to what it was or whether someone had made a mistake just ‘we’ll get you taken care of as soon as possible’. The reason I went over to the counter was because I heard them talking, saying my name and that I hadn’t checked in, even though one of those ladies had checked me in 30 mins prior. If someone has made a mistake, own up and admit it, I won’t take ... read more

Had a great experience with Tina Gutekunst, APRN. A great conversation about pros and cons of treatment options. She listened and I truly felt HEARD! So important for, especially for women in mid life. I will be recommending her.
