If it says St. Elizabeth DON'T go there. I knew my insurance wasn't going to cover the appointment so I called before to asked for the amount. I went to the appointment and spent 15 with the doctor. Later I got a bill for double the amount previously given. I called to ask what happened and it took them 4 weeks to answer. The answer was that it was my fault because "I didn't call the right department". If you use St. Elizabeth you will be mistreated, overcharged and still need a doc after.

Our visit to St. Elizabeth Physicians with our baby was a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, greeting us with smiles that gave a great first impression. Dr. Christina Friedly was also wonderful—she reminded us of our baby’s GP back in the UK, who was similarly attentive and compassionate. My wife and I genuinely appreciated her approach. The reason I went over to the counter was because I heard them talking, saying my name and that I hadn’t checked in, even though one of those ladies had checked me in 30 mins prior. If someone has made a mistake, own up and admit it, I won’t take ... read more

Had a great experience with Tina Gutekunst, APRN. A great conversation about pros and cons of treatment options. She listened and I truly felt HEARD! So important for, especially for women in mid life. I will be recommending her.

I've been coming to this Doctors office for over 10 years but after my latest appointment I'll most likely be switching providers. I sent a message via MyChart to my doctor about a very specific medication and how I'd like a prescription for it. I received a message back stating I would need to come in for a visit to get the prescription and a weigh in. I made an appointment and almost as soon as the doctor came in, I was told they do not write these kinds of prescriptions and that I dont fall within the guidelines for the p... read more
