I received excellent and thorough care on my recent visit. Everyone from the person that checked me in to the medical support staff and the doctor that treated me were welcoming and helpful. Tests were quickly ordered and administered and Dr. Diroff gave me a comprehensive exam to ensure my issues were fully addressed. He took the time to explain his diagnosis and offer detailed discharge instructions. My experience could not have been better.
Both of my ears had a lot of ear wax to the extent that I could hardly hear. They flushed my ears out and I can hear perfectly again. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to go back again if needed.
The staff was super nice and amazing to work with and very very helpful we really really appreciate how they helped us and took care of us there at the Highland Heights Urgent Care. Thank you
Took my daughter here on Christmas Eve—high fever, coughing, throwing up. Their website says open until 8 PM ( I do have the screen shot with the time and day stamp) I got there at 2:47 PM and was told they stopped taking patients at 2:45 PM. I them to see her because nothing would be open on Christmas Day. Asked if they could at least check with the doctor. So we’ve been here forever but that is out of the clinics control. It’s sick season and I everyone and their mother showed up right when they opened but had to give a review and shout out to Mia who swabbed my son for all the viruses and strep. He was dreading coming bc he HATES getting his throat swabbed for strep. He said it didn’t bother him at all and we need to always come here if we think he has strep and make sure that Mia is here!
