Worse care in Southern Louisiana. Nurses NEVER call you back. Records department refused to give me my records, refused to send medical records to Social Security or the VA Administration. Billing could never figure out our bill over 4 years and about 300 phone calls. Charged for post op visits which are included in the price of a surgery. But these fools charged us for post op visits. Overcharged my family by thousands and we were cash paying patients. Have never seen any of the money back. Typical crooks.
The lady who took my blood saw I was nervous & decided to tap on my veins to make the blood come out faster, I felt horrible afterwards. & They kept me waiting for my blood test results. Everyday they would say I would have a call by the end of the day & everyday I would be the one to call them & they wouod tell me I wont have results until the next day. I gave 4 starts tho bc my doctor was nice to me & I didn't pass out after giving blood to the nurse even though I felt awful. So the doctors/nurses here do know what they ar... read more
Hollie Ortis is very thorough and caring. My wait time is short yet, she never makes me feel rushed. My ONLY negative comment would be- I wish I could get my labs drawn at the office instead of having to go elsewhere.
