The service and staff is more than adequate, however the billing department is obviously lacking. I received a collection letter without ever receiving a bill. Now as a former billing manager, I realize that this is the claim all make. But, I even tried to call and straighten this out and the phone is busy constantly and when I called directly I was informed that I would only get a busy signal for several days. So, the best staff in the office is negated by the the inconsideration and inefficiencies of the billing department
