I called multiple times in the span of 2 weeks to get a portal set up for my daughter to see her results and left voicemails. no one ever called me back. Unprofessional and unacceptable

I was referred for a CT on December 2nd 2025. I have called twice yet since their message says do not call more than once, I thought I'd be patient. Here we are in mid-march, still no appointment and now I'm having to do my labs all over again and another doctors appointment just to get a referral for my CT at an imaging center in chico. I think we all should do them a favor and go somewhere else because obviously they cannot accommodate our small community.

Make me an appointment at 7 a.m. I am early as usual to my appointment. Imagining center does not even open till 7 a.m! Why would you schedule an appointment 2 weeks out and no one is even here at the scheduled time? 6:40 a.m. no bathroom outside so I had to use the bushes! Disrespectful, lack of care for people's time. I will comment later on how long I had to wait in lobby.

Never return calls or answer phone calls to hard to get appointments when you need them!

I have tried numerous times all this week to schedule an appointment for a CT scan . No one answered. I have tried calling thinking surly someone would answer eventually, nope . I left a message Tuesday it’s now Thursday afternoon and no return call . Even the voice message is rude stating not to leave more then one message or it will take longer for a call back .
