Came to this location on a busy Friday night with my 12 year old son in stomach pain. Waited for almost one hour when the pain escalated I asked for help twice with the check in personnel I was told by her there was no rooms available they would get to him when they had a room. My mother recently broke a bone behind her knee as well as her femur, I attempted to go in and see her as I was waiting outside in the car due to COVID restrictions. My stepdad was inside with my mother and they told him he couldn't "checkout." My mother was admitted into the hospital and I wasn't able to say anything to her because the hospital staff wouldn't allow me in. The worst doctor and nurse....never tell other patient about the patient problem. They wanna get sued.
My sister having pregnancy complications With extreme pain to the point that she needed assistance from the staff but to my surprise She walked in there with Extreme pain and walked out of there still in Extreme pain! I could understand if it was busy but it was not busy and she was never offered a wheelchair! I wonder what training the staff has for the overnight shift! It’s a True reflection of the Charge Nurse on duty and her staff!
