The staff very was friendly and helpful.
I hadn’t had bloodwork done since I was a kid, and this was the first time I got sick/almost passed out from getting blood drawn as an adult. The woman who took my blood was incredibly patient and confident in her problem solving. I felt safe and looked out for. I really appreciate the experience at this lab.
I’ll never get that hour of my life back. Avoid this place like the plague.
Dreadful experience. I went in for a urine test. I checked in at the front desk, and the older lady at the front desk acknowledged me and said my name and told me to have a seat. I waited for over an hour and I was nearly about to pee my pants. I went up to the counter again to find I have never been checked in. I was then expedited for the test but had to go wait in the lab waiting area even more. I’ll never get that hour of my life back. Avoid this place like the plague.
