Dreadful experience. I went in for a urine test. I checked in at the front desk, and the older lady at the front desk acknowledged me and said my name and told me to have a seat. I waited for over an hour and I was nearly about to pee my pants. I went up to the counter again to find I have never been checked in. I was then expedited for the test but had to go wait in the lab waiting area even more. I’ll never get that hour of my life back. Avoid this place like the plague.
Was in and out quickly for blood work, staff was very nice and helpful.
Everyone from the front desk to registration to the labs was super kind very talkative and genuine! My first visit to this location.
I got an ultrasound for the first time and the tech, Sarah I believe, was the NICEST person! She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me. I got bloodwork next and ended up passing out (oops) and woke up to 3 nurses there to help me. 1 was holding my hair off my neck, the second one had a fan going on me and the 3rd was waiting for me to wake up with a juice box ready. The front desk ladies I dealt with were fantastic too! I will definitely make it a point to always choose this location!
Check in at the lobby. Do not sign in anywhere else before you sign in there. I wasted time by signing in at the lab desk. I was called back. I was then told I had to sign in at the lobby. Evidently I missed the notification for this procedure. Everyone was nice but won't get that extra waiting time back from my weekend.
