I was in the hospital for 4 days and had emergency surgery. I was lucky if the nurses checked on me once a shift, they never offered to help me clean up/shower, never offered to help me up and walk, never offered personal care items. Now, I have a bill through mychart, and they refuse to send me a detailed, line-by-line invoice showing amount charged. If I want to know, I have to look up each individual code.
