Went and had a COVID test at the request of my employer. When results came in I was never notified but my employer was. They simply skipped the patient here horrible ethics and medical business practice. I actually found out my results the next day in a round about way. My employer assumed the clinic like all other clinics had informed me. When I called the clinic to confirm my results and complain I was told since my employer paid for it they only report to them. Obviously the patient isn’t their concern $$$$$ is.

Reviewed in Feb 2020 It is disappointing to ever leave a low star rating for any company, in my opinion, but sometimes it must be done. I am a business owner and I would always like an opportunity to correct or rectify a situation if possible. Worst office staff on the planet! 1 good Dr. the rest are quacks. Too difficult to get appointments or call backs and too many charges for services they DID NOT perform.
very nice and helpful staff. can't beat the doctor she explained everything to me walked out educated instead of feeling stupud.
