had a severe allergic reaction and Dr.Balaji (please forgive me if i spelled it wrong i hate spelling someone’s name wrong) and Sam the nurse, were incredibly kind and caring. All the staff that took care of me today were so sweet and compassionate, I appreciate everything you do and taking health care seriously for your patients, you are greatly appreciated and amazing people❤️

I have visited the St. Elizabeth emergency room twice. I want to congratulate the cleaning man named Wilmer. He cleans very well. He is very kind and keeps the area, the bathrooms, and the rooms, very clean. I visited the second-floor clinic and everything was very clean. I asked who cleans that area, and they told me her name is Veronica. She keeps everything very clean. I want to congratulate Gladys Giron for having excellent cleaning staff and very good people.

Sounds like I’m not the only one who had a horrible experience with Nicole Mangus. I came into the ER with the worst headache I have ever had, vomiting and an extremely painful and stiff neck. She did the exact same thing to me as other reviewers have said. She flipped on the light, didn’t say hello, walked up to me, shined a bright light in my eyes without telling me, and referred to me as a frequent flyer so she was refusing any labs or tests and walked out. Two different times this happened with me. I went to the FT Thomas location. The doctor straight up refused to do a ct scan of my abdomen when I thought something was wrong with my appendix, because I was “too young for that kind of thing.” He told me I was most likely just having issues going to the restroom. So the following day I go to the Covington one because the pain had gotten worse and became a stabbing pain. ER nurse that I had, was a male. He was very informative and nice. And the physician I saw cared was very nice as well. They had me in and out!
