My son and his wife sat in emergency for 5 hrs tonight and didn't do anything for my son's pain. He has suffered with indigestion running a temperature. So much pain and head ache makes him sick to his stomach. Just recommended he see a primary physcian. 5 hrs to be told see a primary physcian??
Have a heart patient sent in by the doctor sitting in the er "waiting in a room" for over 4 hours and taking people back before him. Then the desk clerk came in early and took his family member back to a room and then took over the desk. Worst hospital in the area.
I didn't get fed my.lunch. They didn't give me my food order. And what I did receive was not fit to eat. They let me go 8 hours without my pain meds and I was begging for it
My Dad was admitted yesterday, I called his room a few times, and it just rang and rang. I began to get concerned and called the nurses station and was told there was no phone in his room (!?!?) but they were finding one. WHAT? This morning I again called his room and still just rings. I have called the nurses station a couple of times and am and told "let me get you the nurse for that room"..... when I started this post, I had already been on hold 8 minutes.
