I was in the ER Monday with a kidney stone and the doctor said to follow up with urology for treatment. They couldn’t do anything in the ER except give me pain meds. They were closed (at 4:30) by the time I was discharged from the ER so I called at 8:05 on Tuesday. The person that answered the phone doesn’t schedule and said the scheduler would call me back. 2 hours later, I called again because the pain was getting so bad I was in tears. the staff is very stingy w/pain meds. i had to have a catheter. its been three weeks and im still in pain. when i complain they treat me like a dope head,or an outright liar. not once have they considered that they might be something wrong.
