It does take a few months to get an appointment but eventually you get in. I really liked Dr. Scarff. She listened to what I had to say and did perform a very good in clinic evaluation and exam. As far as getting phone calls thru or MyChart messages. It is very difficult. I was ordered a great deal of tests that took a long time to schedule but the main issue was I live in Louisiana and getting the testing done at another OLOL facility (St. Francis-Monroe) closer to me would have been more ideal.
