My wife had an appointment for 9. It is 11:20am and we are still waiting. Very long day. When you ask how much longer they look at you like you shouldn’t ask. Has not been a good experience. If we ever have to come back maybe better.
The imaging experience itself was excellent.However,when I am instructed to arrive for my exam early in order to register and fill out paperwork,I expect to receive said paperwork as soon as I reach the sign in desk, not 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I arrived for my 1 pm appointment at 12:41. During the 45 minutes I waited,the woman at the front desk registered 1 lady who had been sitting in the waiting room before I arrived and who had her history already filled out and who had been patiently waiting.Another l... read more
