The staff at the agency are rude and disrespectful. They treat their consumers ( parents, children and foster parents) like they are insignificant. They do not offer support but instead talk down to adults as if they are children. The children are not advocated for and often fall in the cracks of the system. When you attempt to report anything there is no accountability from the workers/ higher ups.
