Absolutely horrible! I have digestive damage from a contrast they gave me for a GI scan. No one answers the phone or returns messages. Can’t get a followup appointment or medical advice from the nurse or nurse practitioner on what to do. If you had a bad experience here, file a complaint with the medical board and call an out of state attorney. Go somewhere else for digestive help, probably north MS, south MS, or out of state since we have no GI doctors here that are any good.
I was notified by CVS that my doctor was not responding to their requests to approve my prescription refill and to call the doctor's office. When I call there is a message about heavy call volume and I cannot get through. There apparently aren't enough people to answer the phones. I am at work and I have been trying to get through all morning. That is unacceptable!
St Dominic's has screwed me since I had the misfortune of dealing with them most recently I was harassed, threatened and bulliedby a person refusing to give their name, but demanding I give credit card and debit card info fir anill I has already paid. They threatened to turn it over to collections when the check had already cleared our bank. Now I'm being charged for a surgery follow up because THEY rescheduled my appointment due to weather.
