It's now March 2024, I received a letter from a collection agency for a service dated October 2019. I don't know who these people are, I have never heard of / from them nor done any business directly with them. I did some lab work at the hospital in 2019 and I paid the amount I owed TO THE HOSPITAL (the hospital confirmed this morning I have no outstanding balance!). WARNING More of the same, no bill ever seen. Literally never had a missed paid bill or anything to collections in my entire life. But of course, just in time for when we're actively buying a home, I get a notice from collections. Complete trash is all I have to say about people who will do things like this without actually trying to contact the person in any other way first. Don't tell me you didn't have my correct contact info- you're a medical provider, you make me spend 30 minutes filling pages of that out before you'll ... read more
